Mr. Langat is an innovative and strategically minded clean-energy leader with more than 15 years of experience driving solar and hybrid power solutions across East Africa and beyond. He has successfully led startups and multinational firms through growth, market expansion, and energy-transition programs that have delivered measurable social and environmental impact.

Roxventa is a highly skilled Sociologist with over 10 years experience in community engagement in forestry and rehabilitation, gender equity, capacity building, community governance in forestry and Climate Change Mitigation. She has a Masters Degree in Sociology from Kenyatta University and is currently undertaking her PhD Degree in Climate Change Adaptation at the University of Nairobi.

Florence is a forestry research scientist at the Kenya Forestry Research Institute (KEFRI) with extensive experience in silviculture, tree-nursery management, and sustainable plantation systems. Holding a First-Class BSc in Forestry and pursuing an MSc in Tropical Forest Biology and Silviculture, she has contributed to national and regional projects advancing climate-smart forestry and restoration science.
